What is the Shipping charge of the products?

How does the delivery process work?

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.

How many days will you take to deliver the products from the date of order placement?

The home delivery will take maximum of 3 working days for Tamilnadu & Pondicherry, 4 working days for Kerala, Andhrapradesh, Karnataka, 5 working days for other states and 7 working days for overseas countries.

How do I track the product once it has been shipped from India?

You would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier

Can the billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing address and shipping address can be different.

What can I do to change the shipping address after placing the order?

If  You want to change the shipping address, you can intimate the new address via email to reachus@gramiyaa.com  If the particular order was already shipped before receiving your email, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Can I place the order in Cash on Delivery Method?

No! We do not have Cash on Delivery Option to Place Order.

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?
